GRAPE VARIETIES. 78% Chardonnay and 22% Parellada.

AGEING ON LEES. 18 months minimum.

VINIFICATION. This cava was has been made from two varieties, one traditional to cava (Parellada), the other more innovative (Chardonnay). This blend gives it a freshness and silky texture that set it apart from traditional cavas, although the method of elaboration is the same. It was aged in our cellars at a constant 16°C, and manually clarified in wooden racks. It was also disgorged and labelled by hand.

VINE AGE. Average age 16 years.

TASTING NOTES. Nicely balanced and lightly elegant with nutty and lemony aromas. Very tangy fruit flavours to the fore-limes, mandarin and citrus peel.

AGEING POTENTIAL. It will be in optimum condition for the following 18 months.

FOOD PAIRINGS. Aperitif / tapas.

FURTHER INFORMATION. Grapes grown organically, guaranteed by the Catalan Council for Organic Farming.

Wine suitable for vegans.

We recommend serving it at 6°C.
